Winter Hair Care Tips
Cold and dry air is unavoidable throughout winter! Here are some tips on how you can ensure your hair is hydrated and gorgeous throughout these colder months.

Secondly, limiting hair washing to 2-3 times a week will encourage natural oils to hydrate your hair throughout winter. By restricting hair washes to 2-3 times a week throughout winter, you will be guaranteed soft and shiny hair.
Don’t forget: Be sure to choose a Sulphate and Paraben free shampoo and conditioner to ensure your hair and extensions do not dry out throughout these winter months.
Before styling your hair with heat tools, it is super important to use a good quality heat protecting spray or serum to ensure you don’t add damage to your hair throughout winter. Heat serums are also hydrating to your hair which is an added bonus throughout winter.

When someone says “humidity” we immediately think of frizz! However, when you have the heater on throughout winter in your home, you are drying out the air even more. By adding humidity to the air, you are creating a less damaging environment for your hair and skin!
