HOW TO DETANGLE HAIR – TIP #1

One of the easiest and least painful ways to detangle matted hair is to do so in the shower! To tackle those knots, apply a super rich conditioner to your locks and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Then, carefully comb through before rinsing. The conditioner will aid your comb to easily glide through the hair and gently detangle. However, we DO NOT recommend detangling your extensions whilst they are wet! The hair is extremely fragile therefore this can lead to excess shedding & breakage.

Our next tip on detangling hair is technique! Start by detangling at the ends of your hair, working your way up until all knots are gone. To make the whole ordeal a little less painful, It’s also ideal to hold the hair close to the root with once hand, whilst detangling with the order. These techniques along with some patience is definitely key to reduce damage to your locks! So take your time, work in sections from the bottom up!
